Returns

Due to traceability requirements with a majority of our customer base, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders. We encourage you to request a sample to test our products if your are unsure if the product is a fit with your use. 

Request a sample and you’ll receive two pieces of the part number(s) of interest and one corresponding lid with ground shipping included. Depending on your needs, additional requests may be billed as a partial order.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
